Who would forget the little girl that would be mistaken to be Little Red Riding Hood? It's just that there is no big bad wolf in the story. She is no other than Chacha.
Chacha is a little girl that studies to become a magician under his teacher, guardian and considered as the geatest magician named Seravy. Her close friends are Shiine, a boy in who enjoys housework and Riiya, another boy who can trnsform himself into a young white wolf at his will and the rival of Shiine for the affection of Chacha.
When they are together and combine the power of their magical items, the legendary magical girl appears to defend them from evil creatures.
There are other cute characters in ths anime such as Dorothy (teacher of Shiinee), Marin (the mermaid who is in love with Riiya), and Yakko (a girl who is specialized in black magic and potions). All of them make up this wacky anime that I used to watch every weekdays in the afternoon.
