Emotions Burst...

Everyone knows the special friendship between our TL named Bleu and his co-TL named Roland. They enjoy doing things together. Bleu admitted that she has something for Roland and we are happy that despite Roland knows it they are still very close and the treatment never change. We were informed by Bleu that there will be an upcoming shift bid for all teams. He asked each of us what is our preferred schedule. I admit that if they would ask me I would go for the night shift but it's ok to have a day shift. Most of our teammates wants the day shift soi I'd rather not argue with that and just go with the flow. Until such time that shift bid already happened. According to one of our wavemates, she saw Bleu bid for the schedule first however he got the night shift which is 9PM - 6AM. Our team was surprised how we got a night shift well in fact the next supervisor was able to get the morning shift which our team is wishing for. We had an emergency meeting in one of the conference rooms to discuss some things. Bleu eventually admitted that he chose that because of Roland and they are in the night shift. Our teammmates felt betrayed of this event... that Bleu based his decision not from his team but because of Roland. Our meeting became an open forum wherein everybody shared their sentiments and frustrations. Bleu tried to defend his side although he know for a fact that he made a mistake. Since the schedules are already fixed, we can no longer retract or change that. We just hope that next time, this would never happen again.
