Team Corona Borealis Outing...

In the contact center industry, agents are required to work nine hours. Agents can only talk if they have available time or if they have no calls or spend it with their one hour lunch. After work, agents feel stressed with all the call, whether they had nice or irate callers within their shift. As employees, we need some stress reliever and what is the best way to cope with stress? It is through team buildings. Teams go to different places, they could have swimming, social drinking or just a get together. With this, teams tend to bond closely and share different stories which they don't normally talk if they are in their shift.

Speaking of team buildings, we had Team Borealis's first outing last February 12, 2009 and we went to Cherry's Resort and Pavillion. We had a great time swimming, drinking, eating and chatting. Members included are TL Bleu, LJ, Christie, Sheryll, Melai, Me (of course!!!), Lucky, Dennis, Zyron, Milton, Josh, Kikko. Brigz and Joshua also joined the outing. Here are some evidences:

I hope that this would not be the last time. I would admit, I really enjoyed being with my team. Cheers!!!
